HISTORY
Oconto Falls Pharmacy began in 1996 when Gwidt Pharmacy Inc. purchased it from Helstad Drugs. In October of 2000, the Pharmacy moved from its downtown location to its new home at 323 East Highland Dr. At this time, Gwidt Pharmacy Inc. Pharmacies were serving the communities of Oconto Falls and Wittenberg Wisconsin.
In 2014, Gwidt Pharmacy combined with Manitowoc Pharmacies to now offer quality pharmacy services to the Communities of Oconto Falls, Wittenberg, Manitowoc and Pulaski Wisconsin.

COMPLIANCE PACKAGING
Today’s modern medication regimens can be large and complex. Multiple medications that need to be taken several times a day can be challenging to manage and missed doses can decrease the effectiveness of your medication therapy.
At Oconto Falls Pharmacy, we offer compliance packaging to organize your medications and make it easier to stay on track with your therapy. Extra charges do apply, asks a staff member for details.
MEDICATION THERAPY MANAGEMENT (MTM)
Medication therapy management (aka MTM) is a thorough checkup of your medication profile including all of your prescriptions, over the counter medications, herbal supplements, immunizations and more.
Our highly trained pharmacists will collaborate with your doctor’s office to obtain a complete up-to-date and accurate medical profile. The profile is then checked for appropriate medication therapy and any potential problems or cost saving opportunities. Then we sit down with you to discuss any over-the-counter medications or supplements you may be taking to assure they are appropriate with your current medication profile and health status. This information is shared with your doctor in order to assure your medications are optimal for you as an individual.
MEDICATION SYNCHRONIZATION
With medication synchronization Oconto Falls Pharmacy reduces your stress and saves you time by filling all your prescriptions on the same day every month (or every 3 months if your insurance allows). At Oconto Falls Pharmacy we will handle everything, including working with your physician(s) and your insurance provider so you will never run out of your medications. We want to simplify your life!
How does Medication Synchronization work?
One week before your scheduled pick-up, you will receive a call from the
pharmacy to see if there are any changes to your therapy. From there the pharmacy will take care of getting a hold of your prescriber for any new or refill prescriptions. Then your prescriptions are ready all at one time on your scheduled pick-up day.

Pet medications

If we do not have the product you are looking for just ask us and we can look into special ordering the product you want from our vendors.

Drop in and browse our selection and if you have something specific in mind and you do not see it in our stock, just ask our friendly staff and we may be able to special order the product that you desire.
